BONGARD MIZAR RACK CONVECTION OVEN

Mizar is an electric convection oven that can hold baking racks measuring 400mm x800mm, 400mm x 600mm and 460mm x 800mm. Compact and durable, Mizar fits easily into small spaces and is versatile enough to bake a wide variety of bakery products and pastries.

Mizar can bake all kinds of Danishes, pastries and pre-baked doughs. The steam options expands the oven's toolkit to include baking fresh, cold or frozen raw doughs. The Ventilation Speed Variation function (optional) is perfect for light, delicate products, as it enables the user to choose the rotation speed of its 3 fans.

In case of reduced production, the Partial Load function increases ease of use. Combined with the motorised steam vent and the pressure relief valve, the Fresh Air Inlet System optimises the release of humidity from the chamber.
