MONO Heads to IBIE Las Vegas

MONO Equipment, the longest established manufacturer and supplier of bakery equipment in the UK, will once again be attending IBIE 2016, the largest Bakery show in the USA.

This year we will be focusing on two of our key strengths - depositing and baking - and will be launching our next generation of confectionery depositors aimed at the more industrial end of the market.

NEW Universal Depositor Range

Our eagerly awaited next generation of confectionery depositors - the Universal - featuring a wealth of new features including 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control.  The technology use in these new machines will provide almost unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.

State-of-the-Art Confectionery Depositors

Also on display will be our versatile confectionery depositor, the Omega and the innovative Epsilon Tabletop Depositor. These absolute workhorse of machines can be found in many corners of the globe, including the US, working tirelessly to produce the most delicious macarons, cupcakes, muffins, eclairs, biscuits and cookies.

Energy-Saving Ovens

On display will be a ground-breaking range of energy saving ovens including the BX Eco-Touch Oven and DX Harmony Deck Oven which incorporate a truly innovative state-of-the-art colour touch-screen controller and an array of energy saving features to reduce energy consumption.
