MONO Showcases NEW Products at IBA...

MONO Equipment would like to thank everyone for visiting our stand at Europe's most prestigious bakery exhibition, IBA.

The show was a great success for MONO Equipment and we showcased a number of exciting new products including our next generation of confectionery depositors aimed at the more industrial end of the market, together with a new range of convection ovens.

NEW Universal Depositor Range
Our NEW confectionery depositor range features 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with a highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control.  The technology used in these new machines provides unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.

NEW BX Eco-Wash
We also launched our first ever Eco-Wash oven, which has been incorporated into our In-Store Bakery System, providing a complete baking and self-cleaning solution.  The Eco-Wash system features air-mirroring technology which allows you to control the oven remotely via an App on your tablet or smart phone.

Specially Designed for the Food-2-Go Market
Also on display were our NEW Compact convection oven range which is aimed at the ever-increasing food-2-go, cafe and restaurant markets and comprises 4 superb ovens offering a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.
