Successful Training in the USA

MONO Equipment’s International Sales Team has recently returned from visiting the USA.
Donna Haynes, International Sales Manager, and Chris Jones, Technical Services Manager, travelled to the USA to provide technical and sales training. The training was kindly hosted by our East Coast US distributor Erika Record at their New Jersey facilities. The event was attended by representatives from Erika Record, Food Makers Bakery Equipment based in California, and RF Bakery Equipment whose headquarters are in Canada.
In-depth training was given on the Omega and Epsilon Confectionery Depositors as well as the Convection and Deck Oven range.
All the attendees from Erika Record, Food Makers and RF Bakery thoroughly enjoyed the programme and said that the training gave them a broader understanding of the depositors and ovens.
