MONO Heads to Paris...

MONO Equipment, the longest established manufacturer and supplier of bakery equipment in the UK, will be exhibiting at one of Europe's most prestigious and important bakery exhibitions, Europain, Paris between 5-9 February.
This year we will be focussing on one of our key strengths - depositing - and will be showcasing our next generation of confectionery depositors aimed at the more industrial end of the market.
NEW Universal Depositor Range
Our eagerly awaited next generation of NEW confectionery depositors - the Universal - featuring 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control.
The technology used in these NEW machines will provide almost unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.
State-of-the-Art Confectionery Depositors
Also on display will be our most popular confectionery depositor, the Omega and the innovative Epsilon Tabletop Depositor, which can produce an endless variety of mouth-watering cakes, muffins and biscuits in minutes. They are designed to replicate the traditional time-consuming hand movements of the master confectioner - effortlessly - with speed and reliability.
This year we will be exhibiting next to our Official Distributor MONO France, who will be showcasing a number of our products including depositors, the NEW CakePortioner which quickly and easily slices up to 120 cakes per hour together with an Automatic Doughnut Jammer which automatically portions and injects filling into doughnuts and pastries.
