MONO’s New Innovative Products Arrive at Gulfood...

MONO Equipment, the longest established manufacturer and supplier of bakery equipment in the UK, will once again be attending Gulfood 2016, the largest annual food and hospitality show in the Middle East.
This year we will be focusing on two of our key strengths - depositing and baking - and will be launching our next generation of confectionery depositors aimed at the more industrial end of the market, along with a new range of convection ovens.
We will be exhibiting alongside Williams Refrigeration and Falcon Foodservice Equipment, both AFE Group Partners and also members of the Ali Group.

Our eagerly awaited next generation of confectionery depositors - the Universal - featuring a wealth of new features including 1, 2 and 3 colour depositing along with highly sophisticated 3D-X multi-directional movement control. The technology use in these new machines will provide almost unlimited product design possibilities which will delight even the most creative patissier.
Specially Designed for the Food-2-Go Market
Our NEW Compact convection oven range is aimed at the ever-increasing food-to-go, café and restaurant market and comprises 4 superb ovens offering a choice of footprints, tray sizes and capacities to suit most needs.
NEW BX Eco-Wash Oven
We also will be launching our very first ever Eco-Wash oven, which has been incorporated into our In-Store Bakery System, providing a complete baking and self-cleaning solution. The Eco-Wash system will also feature air-mirroring technology which will allow you to control the oven remotely via an App on your tablet or smart phone.
