MONO's New African Sales Agent (bread production) Visits MONO' Test Bakery

On 7 April MONO welcomed its new African Sales Agent, Inergy Systems, to its Test Bakery in Swansea to experience the speed and accuracy of its new 2-Pocket Roll Plant and Roll Forming Station. A range of excellent looking breakfast rolls, burger buns and finger rolls were produced on the 3,200 pieces-per-hour roll plant while Alex also had a fun-filled lesson with Chris in perfecting his traditional hand moulding techniques.
Inergy Systems will prepresent MONO solely on our bread production equipment, while our confectionery depositors will remain the exclusive remit of our Official Distributor, Macadams.
